Introducing Sierra

[[東京について]]この街の有する美しさは非常に興味深いと思っています。 市街地やその周辺はとても美しくそして心地よく、私の東京における生活の楽しみでもあります。東京での生活のもう一つの楽しみは、電車に乗るだけでいろんな場所に簡単に行けることです。日本の本当にいいところの一つだと言えます。そして、人々の混合：日本は単一的で一つの大きな文化であるという考えがありますが、その裏では独自に繁栄している別の文化もあります。私は、オルタナティブファッションにも興味がありますが、何か特定のサブカルチャーに興味があるわけではありません。しかし、興味があるというだけで、他のいろんな興味を持つ人々に出会うことができ、それによって様々なより文化的に特有である場所へと導いてくれると、私は思っています。

[[About Tokyo]] I think that the aesthetics of the city itself is really interesting. The city and its neighborhoods are very aesthetically pleasing, and I enjoy that part of living here. I guess another part that I enjoy about living here is how easy it is to get to other places just by taking a train somewhere. So that’s one thing that I really love about Japan. And the mix of people: the idea that Japan is kinda like a homogeneous, mainstream culture . . . but there is also a thriving, alternative scene behind the scenes. I’m also interested in alternative fashion, but I don’t think that I’m into any kind of specific subculture. But, just by being interested in it, I meet people that have all these other interests, who take me to these different places that are more [[culturally]] specific, I would say.
